Customer service is our top priority. There are no refunds for bags, shoes and accessories. We only offer only site credit .Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. If you changed your mind about an order that has not shipped yet, we offer site credit for full amount or a refund with a reselling fee of 10% if paid through PayPal.  All items are guaranteed authentic or your money back.
